Mr. Avery was able to successfully subpoena the Intersection CCTV footage in Arlington County where I was struck by a woman who ran a red light and destroyed my new vehicle. Despite being falsely accused and subsequently wrongly charged with causing the collision by an overzealous rookie cop (who had no witnesses and let the other driver leave the scene with no accountability whatsoever), Mr. Avery was able to successfully and unequivocally exonerate me, after which the charge was dismissed.
